A token-based invite carries a client through account setup, company info, digital agreement, payment, Google Drive folder creation, brand capture, service intakes, and compliance, all config-driven so the right questions get asked for the right division.

What It Does.

17-Step Onboarding

A config-driven journey: sections can be toggled, services pre-selected, and agreement fields pre-filled per engagement.

Digital Agreements

jsPDF-generated contracts with digital signatures, dynamic fields, and billing-authorization capture.

QuickBooks Invoicing

OAuth-connected to the client's QBO (or LDG's): invoice on payment step, ACH or card, full address collection for AVS.

Google Drive Folders

Per-client shared folders provisioned during onboarding. Admin upload, client download, and folder-level access control.

LDL Bridge

HMAC-signed events sync the client record with Long Drive Leads so identity stays matched across systems.

Client Dashboard

After onboarding, clients get agreement viewer, brand assets, file browser, reports, service intakes, and a support widget.
